GLOBAL SIM
Global SIM menu has the following sections:
· Call
· Send SMS
· Check Balance
· Add credit
· Customer care
· Settings
Turn off your cell phone. Press the SIM card gently to detach it from its plastic holder and insert it into the respective cell phone slot. Be sure that your cell phone is unlocked.[1]
Turn on your cell phone. There will be a request to enter PIN code on the display, the former may be found on the backside of the card holder. Your SIM card activation is complete.
To check your balance dial 099 and press the “Call” button. You will see your balance on the display.
There are several ways to add credit to your Global SIM:
1. You may order airtime in the section “Add Airtime”.[2]
2. You may use the option “Autorecharge”.[3]
3. You may ask for credit from your cell phone.[4]
4. You may use the option “Active Credit”.
Global SIM has six-month credit duration: 3 months of active period and 3 months of frozen one. The part of credit, which remains unused during 3 months of active period, becomes frozen. This credit can be activated by adding credit to your Global SIM during 3 months of frozen credit period, otherwise you’ll lose it.
Your new cell phone number can be found on the plastic holder of the SIM card. To call you using a common cell phone or a telephone one should dial 00 or “+” and 372 xxx / xx xx xxx.
To send a SMS message[5] to your new number one should dial 00 or “+” and 372 xxx / xx xx xxx.
To make a call[6] you should dial 00 or “+” (country code)(recipient phone number). On pressing the “Call” button you will see the “Wait for call” message on the display. In several seconds you will get an incoming call. Answer the phone – you will hear the current balance and the recipient phone will start ringing.[7]
GPRS setting are as follows:
APN: send.ee
Username: your new phone number: 3725xxxxxxx
Password: leave this field blank
If you have any questions regarding Global SIM, please address us via “Customer Care” in the menu of your cell phone. You will make a simple call and pay for it according to outgoing call rates only. You may also contact us via email.

Note: To use voicemail switch your cell phone to the tone dialing mode (see your cell phone manual for reference).
1. Make sure the SIM card is inserted in the respective slot of the cell phone.
2. Turn on you cell phone.
3. Make sure the network is available.
1. Dial 091 or *146*091# if you have and old handset.
2. Press the “Call” button – you will see the “Voicemail activated” message on the display.

2. Press the “Call” button – you will see the “Voicemail deactivated” message on the display.
1. Dial 094 or *146*094# if you have an old handset.
2. Press the “Call” button – you will see the e.g. the “You have 2 new messages” message on the display.

2. Press the “Call” button – you will see the “Wait for call” message on the display.
3. Answer a phone call that you will receive in a few seconds – you will hear the number of messages received and access the main voicemail menu.
4. Press the “1” button to listen to all messages.

Press the “1” button in the main menu. Here you can listen to messages, save or delete them, etc. Functions of keys are:

8 – Forward a message
9 – Save a message
0 – Return to the mailbox options

*Delete messages regularly so as not to overfill your mailbox.
You can save messages in different folders. Functions of keys are:

0 – View a message
1 – Old message
2 – Word message
3 – Family message
4 – Friend message

Press the “0” button in the main menu – you will access the «mailbox options» menu. Functions of keys are:
* – Help
1 – Record “unavailable” message
2 – Record “busy” message
3 – Record your name
4 – Record temporary greeting**
5 – Change password

**Temporary greeting message overwrites “unavailable” and “busy” messages. To switch back to them you should delete your temporary greeting message.
When recording “unavailable” and “busy” messages as well as your name or temporary greeting several options are available. Functions of keys are:
1 – Accept recording
2 – Listen to the recording
3 – Listen to the recording again
If you access your voicemail using an external number, you can protect your messages and voicemail settings from unauthorized access by setting a password. Choose a combination easy to remember but difficult to guess.
Press the “3” button in the main menu – you will access the «advanced options» menu. Functions of keys are:
5 – Leave a message for another user
* – Return to main menu
[1] Some mobile network operators lock cell phones of their subscribers. If your cell phone is locked, you will see either of the two messages on the display on entering a PIN code: «Insert SIM», «SIM not valid».
[2] We will add airtime to your Global SIM on your payment confirmation. We can also send a 16-digit code to you via email or SMS message – your will only need to add airtime by yourself in the Add Credit menu.

[5] You can send free SMS messages with at least 5 euros on your balance.
[6] If you have a cell phone like Nokia 3210, 3310 etc., you should dial *146*00(country code)(phone number)#.
[7] If your cell phone runs Symbian or Windows Mobile, you can download and install ComfortCallBack application made specially for you! With ComfortCallBack you won’t have to dial *146*…#.
