I.
1 All items offered on our website are subject to availability and price change. We endeavor to advise on our website of any items that are currently out of stock, wherever possible. If an item ordered is out of stock we will try to notify you within two working days of your order being placed. We will advise you of the likely time scale of any delay and/or price change, but you are of course at liberty to cancel your order.
2. Before ordering you must create an account that is used only for your convenience. At registration you must provide your billing address and delivery address. Each time you’ll place an order, it will be sent at the specified delivery address.
3. An account gives the possibility to view your shopping history.
4. Surfing our goods you can make a wishlist by adding the most interesting of them to the list. The wishlist will help you to compare and decide which products go to the cart.
5. All orders placed will be treated as an offer to purchase. Any automated reply that you receive shall not be treated to be our acceptance of your offer to purchase. Acceptance of your offer to purchase shall only be deemed to be complete when we have sent a confirmation email of the dispatch of the goods, to the email address that you have provided (whether or not you receive that email). We reserve the right to refuse or reject any offer to purchase at any time.
6. All orders will let you choose the payment method between Cash On Delivery, Pay Pal or Bank Transfer. The required information must be accurate and trustful. If any problems occur with the authorization of your credit or debit card or with your PayPal account, we will contact you with further details.
7. We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible - usually within two working days. Business orders may take longer due to verification and credit checking processes.
8. Usually our products are supplied with Czech or English manual (instruction of use), but if you need the manual in another language, we can provide it electronically. For such requests, contact us.
9. All orders are checked by our Order Verifying Team for the security of both you and us. Our Order Verifying Team may request proof of address and/or proof of identification from you before your order can be processed. If this is the case we will contact you giving you full details of what is required.
10. Complications caused by any of the above may cause a delay in the processing and dispatch of your order.
1. While we try to ensure that all details (including prices) displayed on this web site are correct and up to date, we cannot guarantee that they are. We do, however, update this web site as frequently as possible. You must ensure that, prior to placing an order, you have checked all relevant details about the products you have selected, as those may have changed since you last visited this web site.
2. All products and/or services displayed on this web site are subject to availability. We will advise you if a product or service is unavailable.
3. All prices are subject to change at any time up to the time the order is shipped. If a price is corrected due to exceptional circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide you with the option of either canceling the order or to continue with the order at the amended price.
4. All stated prices do not include delivery costs.
5. For Czech Republic and EU residents the prices will be stated with VAT tax (19%) included, in accordance with Czech Republic law. This is applied only for natural bodies.
6. For legal entities VAT tax will not be charged, if it is provided the VAT registration number and Company name when the account it is created and confirmed by a fax.
7. Delivery charges will be added to your invoice at checkout procedure. The charge depends by the weight of ordered goods and destination. Shipping charge is also VAT applicable.
III.
1. We accept payment by PayPal, Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer.
2. For PayPal payment, you’ll be redirected to our Paypal page where you can fulfill the payment request issued in the Invoice. The ordered items will be again displayed and all other costs. For completing the order you must click the “Pay XXXEUR Now”. After that we will proceed with the dispatch of your order.
3. Goods and promotional products supplied by us remain our property until the goods are fully paid. If payment is declined by your cardholder, or by any others means you are not able to pay for the selected products, whether before or after dispatch of the goods to you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
4. Cash On Delivery method will require an additional charge of 1% from you order value. However the minimal tax is 15 EUR. The charge will be included in you invoice automatically.
5. If you choose bank transfer method, then your order will be dispatched after the funds are reflected on our bank account.
6. For each completed order you’ll be notified by e-mail. Attached you’ll find the Invoice for the ordered products.
7. If the goods have been dispatched, but the payment was not completed, we may:
a) Require you to return the goods and the promotional products to us in good condition within 7 days; or
b) Require you to pay in full by satisfactory alternative means within 7 days.
8. You can revise your past orders in your account section.
Payment Authorizations
1. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that ALLIANCE TRADE GROUP s.r.o, is authorized to charge your credit or debit card for the goods supplied. You also agree that we are authorized to charge your card with any other charges specified within these Terms and Conditions and within our Returns Policy.
2. In the event that any amounts become due (including downgrades, missing or damaged returned goods, credit or debit card charge backs) and remain unpaid for more than 14 days, we reserve the right to engage the services of a debt recovery agent. Charges incurred as a result of this action will be your responsibility.
IV.
1. Within Czech Republic the national postal service will be used for delivery.
2. Outside Czech Republic packages will be delivered by UPS Express and UPS Express Saver.
3. UPS Express Saver is available in 290 countries worldwide except Canary Islands and Mellila.
4. If your location supports both services, you’ll be able to choose one of them.
5. After dispatching your order, you will receive a tracking number which will give you the possibility to know exactly were is located your package on the road and when it arrives.
6. Any dates quoted for delivery of the products are approximate only; however, we will ensure that all goods are delivered within 2-5 days of acceptance of your order. If goods cannot be delivered within 2-5 days we will tell you and agree with you when the goods will be delivered.
7. ALLIANCE TRADE GROUP s.r.o, cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God, industrial action, vehicle breakdown, service providers, credit searches, stock availability and delivery companies. These events are outside of our control and we cannot accept any liability.
8. Risk of damage or loss of the products shall pass to the carrier company at the time of delivery or, if you wrongfully fail to take delivery of the products, to you.
As a valued customer we want you to be happy and satisfied every time you shop with us. We know that occasionally you may wish to return an item, therefore please find below details of our return procedure.
If for any reason you wish to return a product for either cancellation or exchange please contact us. Our staff will advise if the goods can be returned and how to proceed.
1. Goods should be in exactly the same condition in which you received them (including plastic covers on the screen/product), complete with all original items as below were applicable:
The product in original undamaged box (including box inners)
The manual and all related literature
Mains charger, battery and manufacturers hands free kit or all other included accessories
CD-ROM software and data cable
Leather case, personal hands free kit & in-car charger
Any free gifts, incentives/vouchers or other items included with the offer
Please note that used earpieces and Bluetooth headsets will not be accepted due to hygiene reasons.
The SIM cards must not be removed from their original plastic holder
2. Return carriage costs are your responsibility.
3. We are unable to process any returns, refunds until the goods have been received and checked at our offices. If the goods fail to be returned to us you will still be responsible for the cost of the lost/stolen products.
4. All goods should be packaged in a secure parcel to avoid damage in transit ensuring the contents are not on show.
5. If there are any parts missing from your order/ product box when it arrives, including damage, you must let us know within 7 days of delivery. Failure to do so could affect your right to return.
1 If the goods are not returned to us before the end of the specified date.
2 Seal has been broken.
3 Changes to manufacturer’s settings have been made (e.g. email accounts being set up, deleting pre-installed manufacturers content such as games.)
4 Bank holidays and weekends are not excluded from your cooling off period
5 Explicit/violent/unsuitable content is left on the product
It would also speed up processing of parcel if photos, contacts etc are deleted off the goods before returning them for cancellation/exchange. We also recommend that any important data is backed up before the products are returned to us; we can not be held responsible for loss of information.
Faulty goods
1 If a fault occurs shortly after receipt of your product, it must be returned to us within 7 days from the date of connection to ensure a replacement.
2 Please note that if on close inspection, we have reason to believe that the fault occurred due to willful damage, misuse, neglect, repair or modification by the customer, we are not obliged to cover postage charges or offer a refund/replacement. If your product is replaced and later determined to be beyond economical repair due to customer damage, we will be forced to invoice you for the cost of the replacement product.
1. All goods supplied are covered by a 24 months manufacturer’s warranty excluding batteries, which are covered for 6 months from date of purchase. Contact details of the manufacturer’s technical helpline and customer services can normally be found within the product manual or can obtained from us.
2. Please note your warranty maybe invalidated in some cases if you use non genuine accessories with your product, or it is physically damaged.
3. Please note we are unable to provide "loan products" during periods when the customer is without his product due to a fault or a repair is being required.
4. All the goods provided free as bonuses or gifts during promotional campaigns, are not covered by any warranty.
VII. Website Accuracy
1. Our Website Production & Design team work extremely hard to ensure our website is as accurate as possible and in order to achieve this, our website is updated on most days.
2. However we cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, especially such things as product specifications, colors which may change without prior notice, before or after you have placed your order with us.
3. Products and prices are valid only for the period they are displayed on our website (unless otherwise stated) - all of which are subject to availability. If any of these should change to your detriment or become unavailable in the period after you have placed an order with us we will contact you before proceeding with the order.
4. Pictures of products are as a representation only and should be used only as a guide. Specifications and/or colors of products may change without prior notice.
5. Certain features on mobiles phones, such as MMS and GPRS, are network-dependant. We cannot be held responsible if the mobile phone network operator does not support specific features on the handset you have bought.
